The Framework
A structured diagnostic and coaching framework built for creative entrepreneurs. Five dimensions. One clear bottleneck. A path from scattered to strategic — without losing what makes your business yours.
Why This Exists
The existing business tools — EOS, OKRs, lean methodologies — were built for companies with defined org charts, separated functions, and teams large enough to specialize. They weren't built for the creative entrepreneur who is simultaneously the visionary, the operator, the lead service provider, the sales department, and the person making sure the lights stay on.
The SCORE Method™ was built differently — from the inside of a creative business, informed by 20 years of musical training and the hard-won experience of building and operating multiple companies in the creative space.
It speaks the language of creative work. It's structured without being rigid. And it's built for the specific way creative entrepreneurs think, build, and execute.
"In music, a conductor doesn't just wave a baton. They navigate a complex score, ensuring every section of the orchestra plays in sync — each part aligning to create something greater than the sum of its parts. Business works exactly the same way."
— Andy WestrickThe Five Dimensions
The SCORE Method™ assesses all five — and finds the one that's currently creating the most drag on everything else. That's where the work begins.
Phase 01
Sightline
Vision & Clarity
Sightline is the foundation. It asks whether you have a clear, compelling vision for where your business is going — and whether that vision actually drives your daily decisions, your team's behavior, and how you allocate your time and money.
Without a clear Sightline, every other dimension suffers. Teams drift. Priorities compete. Effort gets scattered across too many directions. You end up working hard without making meaningful progress toward anything specific.

Phase 02
Cadence
Execution & Momentum
Cadence is about rhythm. It asks whether work actually gets done in your business in a consistent, intentional way — or whether execution is reactive, scattered, and dependent on whoever's on fire this week.
Many creative entrepreneurs have vision and ideas in abundance. The Cadence dimension is where those ideas either become real or die in a planning document. It's the difference between momentum and motion — doing things versus making progress.
Cadence is your constraint if:

Phase 03
Orchestration
Leadership & Team Optimization
Orchestration asks whether the people in your business — whether that's a full team or just a handful of contractors — are clear on their roles, working at the right level, and structured in a way that doesn't require you to be involved in everything.
For many creative entrepreneurs, this is where the burnout lives. They're doing work that others should own, making decisions that should be made at a lower level, and unable to step back without things breaking down. Orchestration fixes that structure.
Orchestration is your constraint if:

Phase 04
Resonance
Decision Alignment & Problem-Solving
Resonance is about whether your decisions land the way they're supposed to — and whether you can solve problems at the root level rather than repeatedly patching the same surface issues.
Creative entrepreneurs often struggle with decision paralysis, second-guessing, and the recurring frustration of fixing the same problem over and over. Resonance gives you a framework for making decisions with confidence and addressing root causes instead of symptoms.

Phase 05
Encore
Sustainable Growth & Continuous Improvement
Encore asks whether your business is growing in a way that's intentional, repeatable, and sustainable — or whether it's growing by force, held together by your personal effort and the willingness to outwork the problem.
The goal isn't growth at any cost. The goal is growth that compounds — where what works gets systematized, where wins become templates, and where the business gets stronger with every client, project, and decision you make.
Encore is your constraint if:

In Practice
The SCORE Assessment identifies your primary constraint — the dimension that's creating the most drag on everything else. That's where we start. The other dimensions inform the context, but the first work focuses on the real bottleneck.
Step 1
The free SCORE Assessment maps your business across all five dimensions. You get a clear profile: your primary constraint, secondary signals, and a read on where you're solid.
Step 2
The SCORE Analysis session takes the diagnostic and goes deeper — uncovering the root cause beneath the symptoms and mapping a clear path forward.
Step 3
A 4-Week Sprint activates the primary dimension. A 12-Week Engagement runs the full framework — all five dimensions, sequenced, with real deliverables at every stage.
